Production & Turnaround
Most orders are printed in-house in Elmont, NY. Standard turnaround is 2–5 business days after your artwork and proof are approved. Large-format and specialty items may take longer — we’ll confirm timing on your order.
Shipping
We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size/weight of your order. You choose and pay for the method that works best for you.
Free Local Pickup
Prefer to pick up? Select Free Store Pickup at checkout and collect your order at 1399 Hempstead Tpke., Elmont, NY 11580. We’ll email you when it’s ready.
Proof Approval
For most custom jobs we provide a digital proof. Production begins only after you approve it. Please review proofs carefully — spelling, layout, and colors are your responsibility to confirm.
Returns & Reprints
Because our products are custom-printed to your specifications, they cannot be returned or refunded once produced. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not matching your approved proof, contact us within 5 business days and we’ll reprint or replace it at no charge. Color may vary slightly between screens and print; minor variation is not considered a defect.
